Please note that we will not accept items that are returned without prior approval.

Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items & Gift Cards

We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, a 20% administrative fee will be deducted from any refund issued. This fee covers the processing costs associated with the cancellation. This policy applies to all customer-initiated order cancellations.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Refunds During Processing & Transit

Please be aware that refunds will not be processed while your order is in transit or during the processing period.

Exchange Policy
